Joe attended the University of Pittsburgh after completing his military duty in the United States Army in 1974. Upon completion of his formal education, Joe started his career as a union craftsman working on projects in the steel industry where he has passionately remained for over 30 years. His vast experience and comprehensive knowledge in the areas of project pre-planning and unique execution strategies brings great value to Songer and its ability to assist its clients needs.

Joe has executed projects in the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. With his innovative construction ideas and extensive hands-on experience, he continues to foster strategic alliances with clients by consistently delivering positive results in a safe, cost effective manner.
