With eight years of experience working closely with Songer’s field teams, Tony has demonstrated unwavering dedication, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to supporting both field and administrative operations. His promotion reflects the company's commitment to recognizing talent and fostering growth within the organization.

During his tenure, Tony has excelled in performing all field-related administrative duties, including proposal and job creation, timekeeping, material purchasing, and cost controls. Known among his colleagues as a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional, Tony thrives in the fast-paced environment at Songer. His ability to effectively balance interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills with a strong understanding of project management principles has made him an indispensable part of the team.

In his new role as Field Operations and Standards Coordinator, Tony will act as the field representative for process control, collaborating with the internal communication team to identify inefficiencies and develop practical solutions to enhance safety and operational effectiveness. He will work across departments to recommend improvements to work processes, departmental performance, and organizational standards. Additionally, Tony will oversee the maintenance of accurate procedures and records to support system improvements and facilitate training programs for new processes.
