With over 20 years of experience in design, product management, and front-end development, Shane is known for creating intuitive, high-impact user experiences that support complex operations.

In 2009, Shane founded Herrington & Company, a digital consultancy where he helped organizations across industries define, design, and deliver impactful digital solutions. At Songer, he continues that legacy, translating technical requirements into user-centered platforms that improve performance, reduce friction, and scale with the business.

Shane is currently focused on driving digital transformation within Songer’s field and administrative operations, ensuring the technology we deploy is just as sharp and dependable as the people who use it.
