Travis joined Songer Services in 2026 and brings over 5 years of experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and business law. His background includes advising organizations on complex business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, financing arrangements, and corporate structure. 

Throughout his legal career, Travis has supported organizations through contract negotiation, risk analysis, and strategic business planning. His experience spans commercial transactions, real estate development, corporate governance, and regulatory matters, providing a strong foundation for supporting operational and business objectives. 

As Director of Legal Operations, Travis supports Songer's legal and business interests by providing guidance on contracts, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and risk management. He works closely with leadership and project teams to help ensure business decisions are aligned with company objectives while supporting continued growth across the organization.
