Travis joined Songer Services in 2026, bringing a strong background in commercial transactions, corporate governance, and business law. His experience includes advising organizations on complex business agreements, mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate transactions, financing arrangements, and corporate structure.

Throughout his legal career, Travis has counseled organizations on contract negotiation, risk management, strategic business matters, real estate development, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. His broad transactional experience provides a strong foundation for navigating the legal and business considerations that support an organization’s operations and long-term objectives.

As General Counsel, Travis oversees Songer’s legal affairs and serves as a strategic legal advisor to the company’s leadership. He provides counsel on contracts, commercial transactions, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and risk management, working closely with leadership and project teams to support sound business decisions, protect the company’s interests, and advance Songer’s continued growth.
