Robert C. Hoover

Robert brings over 30 years of expansive labor relations experience in the United States and Canada to Songer Services. Robert has held Senior Management positions in Safety, QAQC, Human Resources, Labor Relations and Administration, and takes immense pride in developing long-term, trustworthy relationships between labor officials, management, contractors and clients.

Robert earned a B.A. in Education from Edinboro University, a Master’s degree in Communications from Clarion University, and MBA in Labor Relations from West Virginia University. He most recently served as the VP of Labor Relations at Matrix North American Construction, Inc., and is a past President of The Association of Union Constructors (TAUC).
