When the time came for Mark West to execute a much-needed cryogenic gas processing plant upgrade at their Processing and Fractionating Facility in Houston, they chose Songer to handle it start to finish.

They needed a heavy industrial general contractor that could capably handle a lot of everything—inclusive of all planning, management and execution of the broad civil, mechanical and electrical activities necessary to build the cryo plant within the same footprint of the demolished previous plant:

Songer upgraded the facility from 50 to 200 MMscfd, and completed the project while operation of the facility around them continued uninterrupted.  Foundations, rigging, equipment setting, mechanical installations, electrical installation and testing, plus all management of union crafts, happened on time and on budget—and the plant is now up and running to full capacity.
