Judd Langer

Judd joined Songer Services as Controller in February 2026, bringing 25 years of public accounting experience focused on external financial statement audits for privately owned, publicly traded, and venture-backed organizations across manufacturing, professional services, long-term contracting, financial institutions, and employee benefit plans.

At Songer, Judd oversees financial reporting and controls, U.S. GAAP and tax compliance, job cost accounting, project budget and cost-to-complete reviews, margin analysis, and union payroll compliance, including certified payroll reporting and labor audits. 

A Certified Public Accountant, Judd earned his B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting from Robert Morris University. He values Songer’s collaborative, hands-on environment and the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals to develop practical solutions to challenging problems.
