William C. Yockel

Vice President of Cost, Contracts and Proposals

Bill began his professional career as a draftsman in 1978 at the Beaver Valley Nuclear Plant. After completing his formal education he advanced through several positions including Field Engineer, Piping Supervisor, and Field Staff Engineer. In 1987, he accepted a position of Project Engineer with Songer Corporation (currently Aker Construction) and advanced to Cost Engineer, Proposal Manager and Manager of Cost/Field Administration.

Bill joined Songer Steel Services in 2010 and is currently serving as Vice President of Cost, Contracts and Proposals, bringing over 30 years of experience and knowledge to the company.
