Paul J. Songer


Paul began his career as a bricklayer apprentice at Bethlehem Steel in Lackawanna, New York. He worked on industrial construction projects throughout the country and quickly advanced from bricklayer to Vice President of Operations for International Chimney.

Early in his extensive career Paul founded Furnco Construction Corporation and served as its President and CEO until sold to General Refractories. Soon after he formed Serstel Construction Corporation and assumed the role as its President and CEO until Songer Corporation was founded. Paul served as CEO of Songer Corporation until it merged with Trafalgar House Construction.

In 2003, Paul reunited his team to form Songer Steel Services Incorporated.
