Meet Songer’s new Director of Legal Operations, Travis Andring.

Songer is pleased to welcome Travis Andring as Director of Legal Operations.

Travis brings experience in commercial transactions, corporate governance, contract negotiation, business law, and risk management. His background includes business agreements, financing arrangements, commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters.

In this role, Travis will support Songer’s legal operations and business interests across contracts, commercial transactions, corporate governance, and risk management. Working closely with leadership and project teams, he will help ensure business decisions are well-supported, organized, and aligned with company objectives.
