Glenn Reed and David Toennies to Lead Songer Operations as Vice Presidents

Songer Services is proud to announce that Glenn Reed and David Toennies will serve as Vice Presidents of Operations. Together, they’ll work closely with ownership and key stakeholders to support project leadership, communication, and operational decision-making across the company.

Glenn and David bring deep experience in project management, industrial maintenance, field operations, and day-to-day execution. Both have earned Songer’s trust by staying close to the work, supporting the field, and doing what it takes to get the job done right. Their leadership reflects the same no-nonsense, ready-to-work approach that continues to drive Songer forward.

As part of this leadership structure, Glenn will oversee Songer's Eastern Operations, while David will oversee Songer's Western Operations. Though their responsibilities are divided by region, Glenn and David will work closely together to keep communication clear, maintain consistency across projects, and support continued growth throughout Songer’s operations.

Glenn’s experience managing daily operations, engineering, troubleshooting, project coordination, and cost control gives him a strong understanding of what it takes to keep work moving safely and effectively. David’s background in engineering, project management, and operational oversight brings additional strength to large-scale planning, execution, and project performance. Their shared strengths in quality assurance, project controls, safety, and field oversight position them as strong leaders capable of driving the Songer team into the next era of project execution and strategic growth.
